As members of ASAP you can rest assured we adhere to all their policies through their ‘stay with confidence’ guarantee and have implemented their updated instructions in regard to cleaning and sanitisation.

Frequent sanitising of communal areas and all touch points throughout the day.

All on-site staff to wear face masks and gloves as a protective measure.

Each apartment left empty for 24 hours between guests to allow it to rest.

Amenity bag provided to all new guests including a small bottle of sanitiser and face mask

Disposable toiletries provided.

Each apartment deep cleaned using medical grade sanitiser and viricidal fluid, sprayed on to all surfaces and soft furnishings.

A new rigorous cleaning schedule with checklists for the housekeepers to ensure extra attention is paid to high touch points: light switches, all door handles including those on the kitchen units, wardrobes, bedside tables and windows. Lamps, sockets, taps, toilet lids and buttons.

Once the clean is completed, a sticker on the door will represent a fully sanitised apartment.
All check-in’s are now conducted via key box collection in Sheffield and from a distance in Leeds. Further information is provided at the time of booking and all keys are sanitised before being presented.
